According to the new design, the Galaxy Ring will now have an internal structure that flexes according to the finger structure instead of sticking to standard ring sizes. According to the patent details, the inner part of the ring consists of small sections and when the wearer puts it on their finger, these sections expand with a slight pressure and adjust the inner diameter of the ring.
Thus, the ring adapts to different finger sizes, increasing comfort and better adapting to the movements of the wearer. With the first generation Galaxy Ring, Samsung offered nine different sizes to users, while with the new patent, it plans to meet the needs of all users with a single size.
